I had breast implants placed in 1995. They are saline, over the muscle. They appear to be wrinkling and I would like them replaced.

Saline implants can be replaced with modern silicone implants into the sub muscular position. This often improves soft tissue coverage over the implants, especially important for patients with thin tissues. Implant support can be improved with Strattice to reinforce to create an 'internal bra' for the implant.
