I have to admit that I was not super experienced when I began with Botox and was really driven by deals and price. That has bitten me before with getting a wham bam thank you ma'am experience with no bedside manner at other offices. Even though Sound PS is extremely competitive price-wise, they are absolutely pleasant, professional, and the experience overall has been wonderful! I have seen both Dr. Cooper and Sattler and they are both great listeners and made me feel at ease. Erin at the front desk is the epitome of the Nordstrom experience and it's always nice to get her follow up emails that check in with my results. Overall, what I look for in something in the realm of self-improvement or cosmetic is a flawless, pleasant experience which is exactly what Sound Plastic Surgery delivers.
