This 48 year old Asian woman disliked the lack of volume and sagging appearance of her breasts. She was treated with a Allergan 339 cc round silicone implant in the dual plane position via an infra-mammary incision. She has mild sagging of both breast tissue and nipple position. The dual-plane implant placement partially addresses this problem by increasing the interface between the breast skin envelope and the implant. A breast lift procedure would further improve her cosmetic result, if chose to do so. Her breast augmentation surgery was completed by Dr. Scott Sattler of Seattle, WA.
