40 year old woman disliked her sagging breast appearance. She was treated by Dr. Scott Sattler with a vertical breast lift (mastopexy) technique and an auto-augmentation flap. This breast lift technique employs the sagging lower pole breast tissue as a small autologous implant to improve breast projection and shaping.  This cosmetic breast surgery balanced her breast shape and volume and gave her a youthful and lifted breast appearance.
