Breast Revision 11

This 32 year old female had breast augmentation many years ago at another clinic using a 240 cc submuscular saline implant. Over the years, the implant on her right side bottomed-out while she was standing upright and lateralized when she laid on her back. Dr. Scott Sattler replaced both implants with similar sized smooth round silicone implants. We used a Strattice ADM graft to create an internal bra to support the new implant. She is delighted with the correction in her breast implant malposition.  Her post-op photos were taken about eight months after her revisionary breast implant surgery.
