Breast Revision 8

This 37 year old female had a breast augmentation many years ago. She developed two cosmetic issues related to her augmentation and she came to our office for consultation. Over the years, she developed both a sagging breast implant position (mild bottoming-out) and sagging of the overlying breast skin and soft tissue envelope. She was treated with a two-stage operation. At the firast operation, the position of her implants was elevated with a Strattice ADM sling. This improved the implant positioning on her chest wall. At a second operation a few months later, an anchor pattern breast lift was done to eliminate her breast tissue sagging. She is delighted with her new look !
