Breast Revision 4

This patient had a challening combination of aesthetic breast issues. On her right side, she had severe capsular contracture around a subglandular breast implant. On the left side, she had sagging of breast tissue over an existing breast implant. She was treated with bilateral implant removal, bilateral capsulectomy, vertical mastopexy and fat grafting to both breasts. Her surgical result is seen six months after surgery, with retention of much of the grafted fat. The surgical scars continue to lighten with time. The result is improved breast symmetry and acceptable breast shaping without a breast implant in place. Her cosmetic breast surgery was performed by Dr. Scott Sattler of Seattle WA.
