Facelift 3

This 72 year old female had a prior facelift over 20 years ago in an outside clinic. She disliked the recurrent sagging of her neck and jowl regions. With age, her facial shape has assumed a square shape due to the descent of her cheeks and jowls. She was treated with a face and neck lift using a platysmal plication and SMAS plication. She was photographed about six months after her facelift surgery with Dr. Scott Sattler of Seattle WA.
