Facelift 4

This 65 year old female had substantial laxity of the cheek and neck, coupled with a sagging eyebrow and eyelid appearance. She was treated with a face and necklift with platysmal plication. She was also treated with a lateral browlift and upper eyelid lift procedure. Her midfacial volume was improved with facial fat grafting.
