Rhinoplasty #5

This patient disliked her prominent dorsal hump and the shape and position of her nasal tip. She was treated with an open rhinoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, septoplasty and improvement of support of the nasal tip with a columellar strut graft. She is delighted her with new nose !
