This patient had a 'pollybeak deformity' after rhinoplasty at an outside clinic many years before. She was treated with an open rhinopalsty, dorsal hump reduction and improvement of support of her nasal tip using a columellar strut graft made from septal cartilage. She is delighted her revisonary rhinoplasty result with Dr. Scott Sattler of Seattle WA.
