Breast Revision 2

This 55 year old woman was a very challenging breast revision case. She had subglandular silicone implants placed years ago with severe capsular contracture on each side. In addition, she had developed breast tissue and nipple position sagging, which would have to be dealt with at the time of breast implant replacement. She was treated with bilateral breast implant removal, bilateral capsulectomy and breast lift to address sagging. Her implants were replaced in the sub-muscular position to provide more soft tissue coverage. A vertical breast lift technique was used with removal of some sagging breast tissue.
