Rhinoplasty # 2

This patient disliked the length of her nose, her slightly drooping nasal tip and the profile of the nasal bridge. Her post operative result show improved tip support, a shortened nasal length and reduction of her nasal bridge profile. She was treated with an open rhinoplasty, septoplasty, dorsal hump reduction, spreader grafts, columellar strut grafts and tip plasty.
